I went for my mom's surgery consultation and somehow ended up getting under-eye fat repositioning myself, so I didn't really do any legwork or online research. I didn't think of it as a particularly aesthetic surgery, so that's why, but in the end, I regret it. My left eye turned out well, but under my right eye, a sunken area formed. It's not severe, but... They said they would do a retouch if there was a problem, so I even got a fat-dissolving injection, but it's still like this. To fix it completely, I would need surgery again, but I don't really want to go that far. A lot of other people seem totally fine even the day after under-eye fat repositioning, but my conjunctival edema lasted over a month. I do think the under-eye fat repositioning itself was done well. I just think it would have been better if it had been somewhere else. They were reasonably kind and it wasn't bad... but the result is a bit disappointing.
