Hehehe, I’m 3 months post-op from implant-free rhinoplasty I didn’t get silicone inserted, and for the nasal tip, ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used My blunt nasal tip became sharper, and my nose itself became slimmer, so my face went from looking a bit blank to having a more refined vibe? Like I changed from a country girl to a city girl? It does feel different from the 1-month mark, but I still really like it now The surgery turned out this well at a much lower cost than other places, so I really think I made the right choice getting it done
