Under-eye fat repositioning review from a commuter living outside Seoul

I've always been bothered by how sunken my under-eyes looked Even if I tried to cover it with concealer, concealer can't hide the actual hollowness under the eyes, so I had always been thinking about getting under-eye fat repositioning. But I had never had this kind of surgery before, so I kept hesitating, and this time I finally had under-eye fat repositioning surgery!! I live outside Seoul and also commute to work, so it was hard to visit many clinics in person. That's why, when I went to consult in the Gangnam area, I booked surgery at a place that explained in detail, based on my under-eye condition, which direction would be best! Since I'm an office worker, the thing I worried about most with under-eye surgery was obviously going to work lol I had the surgery Friday morning under sedation anesthesia. After the surgery, I rested a bit in the recovery room, got discharged, and at home I managed the swelling for a few days with ice packs and swelling tea. The following Monday I removed the tape, and the bruising was less than I expected, just a little yellow bruise left. There was a bit of swelling too! Then I went straight back to work on Tuesday lol I covered the remaining bruises slightly with concealer and went to work, and thankfully it wasn't as noticeable as I had expected. Even after the surgery, I was more comfortable than I thought, with only a slight pulling sensation under the eyes when I smiled. The swelling and bruising seemed to go down a lot after about a week. What I'm happiest about now is that my under-eye hollowness definitely bothers me less than before! Before, even going out bare-faced felt stressful, and when I looked in the mirror, my under-eyes made me look tired. Now that part feels much more sorted out, so I'm very, very satisfied Especially for someone like me who lives outside Seoul and works full-time, even setting the surgery schedule can be hard. I had the under-eye fat repositioning on Friday, removed the tape on Monday, and returned to work on Tuesday. Everyone's swelling, bruising, and recovery will be different, but I hope my review helps those of you worrying about under-eye surgery while working🙌🏻
