I kept being bothered by the fact that both eyes looked slightly different, so I had revision eye surgery. If you look closely, even the amount of the iris showing was a little different, and one side had a slightly sleepy look. Other people said it was not very noticeable, but because it is my own face, I could see that subtle difference every time I looked in the mirror. Even in photos, the two eyes looked a little different, so in the end I had revision eye surgery with natural adhesion. When I mentioned this during the consultation, the doctor also checked the difference in how much each eye opened and how much of the iris was showing. It felt good because they pointed out exactly the part I was concerned about, so I knew I was not being overly sensitive. By around week 3, most of the major swelling had gone down and the eye shape was becoming more natural. In particular, the amount of iris showing, which had bothered me so much, became much more similar than before, and the sleepy look on one side also decreased a lot. There is still some minor swelling left, so it is not completely settled yet, but the line is natural and it feels like it is gradually settling into my own eyes, so I am satisfied. Other people did not see much of a difference, so I also wondered whether I should even do revision surgery, but so far I think I made the right choice.
