My teeth grinding is so severe that my teeth have worn down, so I had a splint made to protect my teeth. I think it has probably been about 7 years, and even back then it seemed to cost around 800,000-900,000 won. My temporomandibular joint is still not good, so I should go back again. I didn’t know that after having a splint made, it needs to be adjusted from time to time.
