Looking at the 2-month review I wrote before, there was such a big change that even I thought a lot had really come off, so I was truly happy every day! It felt worth it to have dieted hard for my planned overseas trip, and my self-esteem went up and I gained confidence too. Maybe because of that, after coming back from the overseas trip, I got mentally lax.. and my appetite completely opened up.. After the trip, I drank alcohol often, and I think the amount I ate definitely increased. At the same time as the PT I had paid for ended, I also took a break from exercising. I think I have been living like this for about a month? But I have not gained as much weight as I expected!!! I definitely feel like I gain less compared to before the surgery! Now I am going to get myself focused again and restart my diet! Next time, I will come back with an even prettier review!
