Last Monday I used a half-day off work lol and secretly went to get upper-arm fat-dissolving extraction injections While getting it done, I was worried, can I go to work the next day? No worries, no no. Is it normally this painless? I went to work so easily it was almost a problem People at work still don’t really know.... (wearing a long-sleeved cardigan) I’m going for my first aftercare session today! I’m secretly hoping my circumference has gone down
So far, because of the bruising, my upper arms are like burning purple sweet potatoes, but I can see the bruises gradually fading, so I’m looking forward to it And I suddenly got motivated to diet too, so I started light cardio and a meal plan!!
From the front, it’s not super noticeable yet, but from the side, it feels slightly more refined?! It’s day 8 lol, so I still have a long way to go with swelling and dieting, but still, I’m really satisfied How should I put it, it feels like one long-standing assignment has been solved?!
And after doing it, I got even more ambitious, so I want to do my abdomen too lol
