After looking around, I decided on the clinic where I’ll have surgery, so I’m leaving a review I have large monolid eyes, and this will be my first surgery ~ Since it’s my first surgery, I went in for consultations thinking of an inconspicuous in-out line, and for the lateral canthoplasty, haha, I just wanted to do it because I wanted the horizontal length to be longer
Sinsa Station ㄴㅅㅎ: Double eyelid surgery (natural adhesion) (+ medial epicanthoplasty recommended) Consultation time 20 minutes Waiting time over 30 minutes No pressure to book No consultation fee Consultation order: consultant-director-consultant Medial epicanthoplasty is recommended, but you don’t have to do it (if you want to make a line like the photo) No lateral canthoplasty; they said I would look like I have esotropia A/S period 3 years Sedation anesthesia My friend had it done last year with the same director and same procedure, but the price jumped to more than double The consultant was meticulous and listened well The director didn’t exactly go out of his way during the consultation, but he clearly told me what to do and what not to do. He seemed confident, and there was a strong feeling that they selectively accept patients. Since they also hired a salaried doctor, it felt like they were just going for a premium vibe Butㅠ since it was my first consultation, I asked a lot of different things, and I guess the director didn’t like that about meㅠ He told me to go to the clinics mentioned on the internet and YouTube and ask them the same things Of course, for the director, there must be dozens of people like that a day, so it would be tiring, but from my perspective as an ordinary person, honestly, I can’t go to a consultation knowing nothing, so I had studied in my own way by looking up the line I wanted, and since I didn’t even know what to ask, that’s why I went. But the director wasn’t the type to accommodate thatㅋㅋㅋ I got scoldedㅠ Anyway, because of this experience, I took time to organize once more what I should ask at the next consultationㅎㅎ
Sinsa Station ㅈㅇㅈㅇ Double eyelid surgery (natural adhesion) + medial epicanthoplasty I consulted with Director Ryu ㅇㅅ It’s not a one-director clinic, but it’s so famous that I went. It looked busy, and the staff were unfriendly, so the waiting time felt bad, but the director’s consultation was really good. He told me exactly only what was needed, and when I told him the eye shape I wanted, he said I had brought something that suited my eyes well. Among the 4 places I went today, I liked this one the most Because there are so many people, it’s a clinic that doesn’t really seem desperate, so they didn’t pressure me either. Rather, when I said I needed surgery in August, they said they couldn’t make a reservation unless I had surgery in May The director’s room was quite spacious, and after the director left, I thought the consultant would come in, so I was sitting turned around waiting. Then someone only opened the door and, from the doorway, said toward the back of my head, “Waiting room~!” I thought they weren’t talking to me, so I stayed seated, and then a staff member came and got irritated that I wasn’t coming out. The service was seriously awful. How am I supposed to understand if you only open the door and talk toward the back of my head from the doorway? At minimum, you should come toward me, make eye contact, and speak so I know. This place lacks the basics of service. I also saw them dealing with other people, and overall the staff were unfriendly, rushed-looking, and frustrated. The director was fine, but if I had surgery at a clinic like this, I don’t think I’d want to face unfriendly and frustrated staff every time I came in
Sinsa Station ㅇㅇㅇ Partial incision Arrived 10 minutes early Waited over 40 minutes I had told the front desk the time I needed to leave, and even after a long wait and finally entering the consultation, another wait occurred in the middle, but I did not hear even one explanation as to why While waiting, I even pushed back the consultation appointment at the next clinic, but in the end I was still late No lateral canthoplasty, The consultant and director looked at me carefully and thoroughly They showed me several lines and explained well according to each line. The director’s consultation was meticulous The consultant had a very nice impression and a warm feeling, did not pressure me, and really listened to me comfortably, so I really, really liked that! But the waiting time was long, and strangely I didn’t get the right feeling, so I passed After the director’s consultation, while waiting for the consultant, I was too late and apologized saying I had to leave. The consultant also apologized and said she could tell me the price by KakaoTalk if I wanted, but since I didn’t get the right feeling, I didn’t ask
Sinsa Station ㄷㅂㅇ Natural adhesion + dual canthoplasty No medial epicanthoplasty Dual canthoplasty yes It’s a place very famous for dual canthoplasty, and I fell for it after seeing review photos, so I made a reservation and went Maybe because it’s a place already verified by many reviews, their style is not to consult at length and in detail. When I said what I wanted (double eyelids, canthoplasty), they were all OK No pressure for deposit or surgery Total 1,628,000 including VAT and anesthesia fee
Gangnam Station ㅇㅇㅇ (Air) Natural adhesion + dual canthoplasty + non-incisional ptosis correction No medial epicanthoplasty Took face photos and went into the consultation The director’s consultation started late compared with my appointment time, but before that, the consultant filled the time so well that I didn’t feel like I had consulted for over an hourㅋㅋㅋ When I came out of the clinic, 1 hour and 30 minutes had passed, and I was surprised Even though I mostly searched for and booked one-director clinics, this clinic had the calmest and cleanest atmosphere They explained the surgery process and showed me several lines well, and during the process of setting the line, the director said that a semi-out line would probably suit me better than an in-out line She said medial epicanthoplasty would be better not to do because of the distance between my brows and because the scar would be in a visible area, and that because the inner corners of my eyes look rather sharp, an in-out line would make my impression look even sharper She showed me the line set as both in-out and semi-out, and to my eyes it really looked that way, so I immediately booked the surgery and left At the end, the director said it isn’t a major surgery, so the patient doesn’t need to worry anymore, and now she would take care of it and as long as she works hard and does well, I shouldn’t worry. Somehow that was moving... girl crush. So cool 1.66 million
The post is long, but the reason I chose the last clinic is when I told them the double eyelid line I wanted, everyone was kind and gave detailed consultations and showed the line multiple times, which was the same, and if the feeling was simply “OK, I’ll do what you want,” then the Gangnam Station ㅇㅇㅇ director said this line would suit my eyes better and found a line that fit my eyes Honestly, because it was the very last clinic, I said the least about my own thoughts on my eyes, but she immediately! picked up the characteristics of my eyes and asked and showed me, “If you do in-out, these kinds of features will stand out; are you okay with that?” When the director compared and showed the lines, I definitely found the line that suited me, which I hadn’t known myself So I decided on surgery right away!!
