Still, my complex was that it looked droopy while making my midface look long, and deciding to get rhinoplasty itself wasn't easy Before getting nose surgery, I had also received a Hiko procedure to lift the nasal tip line... But after trying the procedure, it really felt temporary, and I couldn't do it every time; the short maintenance period was a downside, so I changed my mind and chose rhinoplasty. It's already been well over 1 year. I was reluctant about scarring for my first surgery, so I had it done with a closed approach. They didn't overly recommend going as far as autologous costal cartilage, so I used septal cartilage and also had a custom implant~ It hadn't been that long since I had Hiko, so it hadn't completely disappeared, and I had it removed during surgery as well. Foreign material removal~ I don't see any scars around the nasal tip. I'm uploading photos from week 2 after surgery and recent photos, including the nasal tip area. From the top, week 2, 8 months~ and after more than 1 year. Since the incision site and scars weren't visible from the beginning, I think the maintenance is naturally good, and the nasal tip line isn't excessive and hasn't drooped, so I'm quite satisfied!!!!!!
