It has been 2 weeks since I had revision rhinoplasty with Director Lee Bang-seok at Cheoeumcheoreom Plastic Surgery. Since early February, the area with the silicone kept feeling hot and painful, so after removing the silicone, I replaced it with donated dermis, and for the nasal tip, we reused the original ear cartilage + used septal cartilage!! I went around to many clinics, and everyone said 100% ear cartilage and septal cartilage must have been used together, that there was no way only ear cartilage was used, and that I definitely had to use rib cartilage, so I had been depressed. But Director Lee Bang-seok was the only one who said septal cartilage could be used, so I ended up doing it here Honestly, it was not like I harvested rib cartilage, and I also removed the silicone, so I was not expecting the shape at all, but as soon as the splint came off, it was so pretty that I was shocked..... The pointy-looking nasal tip has also improved a lot, and it looks muuuch more natural and prettier in person than in photos The donated dermis part will probably sink a lot over time, but for now I am very satisfied
