Since I live in the countryside, I just roughly chose a place close to home. Of course, the cost was probably cheaper than Gangnam. The procedure method itself was totally old-school, and the swelling lasted almost over a month, so I was very anxious. Still, it looks extremely natural. (I did not make it that high.)
