Before<before>after after<after>My friends always teased me and called me flat whenever they looked at my nose, so that stressed me out On top of that, whenever I looked in the mirror, I was so bothered because of my flat nose So I eventually looked into getting rhinoplasty, and I found a director who seemed like they would do it well in the style I wanted, so I went straight in for a consultation^^ When I had the consultation, the director showed me cases and explained everything in detail Thanks to that, I understood quickly, and I decided to have surgery for bulbous nose correction, short nose correction, osteotomy, and donated costal cartilage*^^* At first, I was really worried about donated costal cartilage. Since it isn’t mine, the risk of inflammation is higher But when I looked into it, the director doing my surgery had a lot of experience with donated costal cartilage and said I didn’t need to worry about the surgical results So I felt trust!! Also, autologous costal cartilage requires harvesting from my own body, so it can leave a scar but donated costal cartilage doesn’t have that, so I think that was even better!
So I decided to have the surgery as the director recommended. Once I booked the surgery, I felt unnecessarily nervous while waiting but on the actual surgery date, I wasn’t too nervous and was able to have the surgery After surgery, while the swelling hadn’t gone down much, I couldn’t really tell even when looking in the mirror but maybe thanks to the hospital doing swelling laser treatment during aftercare when I looked in the mirror again, I gradually saw the nose shape I wanted, so I was satisfied~ Maybe because the director provided aftercare responsibly, it turned out well and my friends often tell me they’re jealous~
