Got a sweat gland treatment for summer prep

Before <before procedure> After <after procedure> On day 11, I got a treatment that addresses axillary hyperhidrosis and bromhidrosis at the same time~~~ The day I finally resolved a long-standing worry and complex! Even in the middle of winter, I was always self-conscious because of sweat and odor. When I got nervous, the symptoms got even worse,, and I could never confidently raise my arms. I should have done this sooner! I also have to get married next year, so I finally took action. The place I went to was Midam Plastic Surgery in Gangnam, and because of the summer promotion, the price was better than other places, so I booked a consultation right away and went ahead with the procedure! The head coordinator's explanation, given in a way that matched my level, put me at ease. Most of all, I liked that it wasn't 100%, but 82%. If anyone confidently says something is 100% in this world, you should be suspicious. In the past, there was a surgical method that cut the armpit open and removed the tissue entirely, but that leaves scars, and if there is no sweating at all in the armpit, it can actually cause more discomfort from rubbing, they said? I was satisfied just with 82% removal! The coordinator's explanation and the director's detailed, calm explanation made me feel very reassured, and I lay down on the operating table right away to start! The laser procedure I received is called AccuSculpt. A small needle is inserted into the armpit and then lasered, and it destroys the sweat-producing sebaceous glands? They said something like that, but I can't remember the exact term! They said it destroys the odor-causing sebaceous glands. The anesthetic hurt a little, but it was a tolerable sting. After that, there was only the zzz-zzz sound, and it probably took about 30 minutes total for both sides. The director explained the situation carefully throughout, which I really liked, and since I was nervous, everyone being kind made it even better ㅠㅠ It's frustrating that I worried about something this simple for 30 years. It's day 3 now, and there's almost no pain; aside from the skin being a little bumpy, it's pretty normal! They said this is a common symptom, so I'm relieved! I'll keep updating later on whether I still sweat or smell! It's only day 3, so it's hard to compare with before! If you're worried about hyperhidrosis or bromhidrosis, don't keep 고민ing anymore! I totally recommend it.
