After my first rhinoplasty, it was too high, so when I had it removed, because of the scar tissue that formed during removal, my nasal tip was puffy like a bulbous nose. When it was removed, they didn’t take out all the ear cartilage, so I thought about revision surgery because the cartilage drooped. For the revision too, I wanted to keep my existing nose line but make the nasal tip slimmer. It hasn’t been long since I had it done, so there’s still swelling, and I’m spending each day just waiting. When will all the nasal swelling go away??
