My nose was already small and slightly upturned like a pig nose.. I focused as much as possible only on correcting my complex, so I had 3 mm silicone placed on the nasal bridge and the nasal tip raised just slightly with septal cartilage, and since my skin is on the thinner side too, I didn’t really raise it much. It looks natural. I have no desire at all for more height, but I can’t give up on correcting the complex I’m considering going as far as revision surgery, and next time I want to use autologous cartilage, even if it ends up looking even more natural (it already looks natural now). What would be best..? It’s been about 3 years now, and I’d also like recommendations on timing! Do people usually just do it when a problem comes up?
