I’m thinking of doing it with autologous rib cartilage. Are there any good directors at private clinics? After my primary surgery, the silicone shifted, and now I have cartilage showing through. More than anything, my nasal tip has basically collapsed. When I looked around, among private clinics, ㅇㅍㄹㅅ, ㅇㄴㅅㅌ, and ㄷㅎㄷ seemed okay. Are they also good at harvesting autologous rib cartilage? It’s been a year since my first surgery, and I was told revision is possible. I need to go around for consultations quickly, so I’m feeling rushed..
