This is my 1-month review after implant-free rhinoplasty The swelling has definitely gone down a lot compared to week 1, but the columella? area still feels a bit plump Breathing through my nose has become much more comfortable, and sensation when touching my nose has returned a bit more too! The swelling still needs to go down more, and the inside of my nose still needs to heal more, but I hope my nose does not get any lower from here.. haha As for the shape, my friends say, compared to my old nose, it is like I was reborn, seriously lol It came out pretty and very natural! lol What I wanted was for it not to be too obvious that I had it done, but for there to be a definite difference when comparing before and after, and it came out exactly like that, so I am very satisfied Since I did not put in silicone, I feel relatively at ease without worrying much about side effects and things like that ~
