Because I had a bulbous nose, I thought I would absolutely need an implant, but after getting a CT scan and a consultation, they explained that meaningful improvement was possible even without an implant and that they would clearly reflect my needs, which built trust, so I went ahead with surgery. It seems the first surgery was firmly set in place, so I am extremely satisfied. Especially, I did not want the tip to look too sharp or artificial, and it turned out with none of that at all. The tip looks rounded and pretty in a straight-line profile. I heard that correcting a bulbous nose on the first try is difficult, so I'm really glad it worked on the first try.
