I got nose surgery because of a hump and a droopy nose tip. Out of three places, two recommended no implant and one recommended an implant. The surgeries done at the third consultation place looked so pretty that I was going to choose there, but at the first consultation place, the consultant was so kind and persuasive that I couldn’t say anything and ended up doing it at the first place I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but after the swelling went down, it became a half-ski-slope nose. I do like the line, but it became a nose that’s too big and high for my face When I asked, they said they put in 3.5 mm silicone
