I had LASEK at a famous eye clinic through an acquaintance’s referral! The pain was truly as severe as the name suggests—I felt like I was dying for two days—and after that it was fine. I could barely sleep for those two days because it hurt so much... Now my vision has improved and I am happy I no longer need glasses. The clinic also seemed to examine me thoroughly during my postoperative visits. My vision improved from -6 to 1.0!! Because of my job I often look at a computer, and I am addicted to my phone, so I am worried it might deteriorate... But right now, I really regret that I cannot wear contact lenses. If, like me, you enjoy wearing large-diameter lenses, think very carefully. I mean it Apart from that, I am completely satisfied. I do not feel much dryness, and glare is not very bothersome either.
