Honestly, I wanted to get the liposuction from Director ㅎ too, but they connected me with Director ㅅ. Since he’s quite young, I am a little anxious. Still, in Director ㅎ’s ㄱㄴㅇㄴ review photos, there were quite a few noses similar to mine, so I wanted to get it done there.
First, for the nose, I said that even if they didn’t shave down the hump completely, I didn’t want to use silicone, and the director seemed to only talk about what was truly necessary. Since the middle of my nasal bridge is a bit wide sideways, I asked if osteotomy would be needed, and he said if I really wanted a slim-looking feel, then I should do it, and asked me to show photos! He explained everything in detail while looking at the CT images. I had been thinking of having surgery with septal cartilage, but because my internal septum is deviated, he recommended using donated costal cartilage (because he said it could collapse later). Anyway, the detailed explanation made me trust him, so I paid a deposit.
For liposuction, he said it looks like a double chin because I have forward head posture, but he showed me that this level would still have an effect, and said I would need 10 threads for thread lifting. Honestly, I still don’t know whether that’s really necessary.. Anyway, I wanted to do it together with the nose, so I reserved this too, but I’m still thinking about it.
