They said they raised my nasal bridge by 2.5-3 mm, lifted the columella with donated costal cartilage, and tied it with ear cartilage. But from the front, the nasal tip looks blunt, and from the side, it looks too sharp with a semi-straight beoseon-line shape. I'm on day 10 now, so how much will it go down? Also, my philtrum feels uncomfortable, almost like it's paralyzed, and the shape looks so unnatural when I talk. Will this also get better with time? And they said nose + autologous fat grafting was 6 million won, but I paid cash and got it for 5.5 million won. I'm also curious whether this is an average price. Since the surgery, I haven't been able to talk with the doctor about the results.
