They kindly shaped the line for me, and even though they looked tired, they did the surgery well. I was very satisfied with the aftercare, and the manager was especially kind because a friend also got double-eyelid surgery at Item around the same time, so they treated me even more kindly. They even showed me their own photos while explaining things, which made me trust them more. The surgery turned out very well. One thing that bothered me was that I went earlier than my appointment time and waited, then they told me to come in because they would do the surgery earlier. So I went in, and after lying there for about 30 to 60 minutes in that nervous, scared state, I ended up having the surgery at the original scheduled time anyway.
