The aftercare was very satisfying, and because the manager had also had a friend get double-eyelid surgery at Item around the same time, she was even kinder and more helpful. She showed me her own photos while explaining things, which made me trust her more. The surgery turned out very well. The only thing that bothered me was that I arrived early for the appointment and waited, then they said they would do my surgery earlier and told me to come in. I went in, lay there trembling and scared for about 30 to 60 minutes, and then just had the surgery at the original scheduled time.
