Neither of them really drew me in I told the consultants that I wanted to do only the nasal tip, but they said if I only do the tip, I won’t be satisfied, so I need to do the bridge together too, and that the basic nose surgery cost includes the bridge + tip.... Both were first surgeries, but the cost was over 5 million won...
After coming home and searching intensely again, I found that dermis can later be absorbed in a spread-out-looking way, or after about 3 years it becomes my original nose again, so I thought it would be similar to fat grafting, and I decided to skip it.
