I went in worried because I had heard a lot of people say the doctor was unfriendly, but the consultation was actually better than I expected. I think those comments came from the doctor being decisive and firm. Other clinics said eye correction surgery was mandatory, but here they said it was optional and told me to judge based on the cost. They also clearly told me what I needed for my eyes. The doctor spoke in a very firm and confident way, so I felt I could trust him. Compared with that, the consultation managers were too busy, so they were polite but didn’t seem very sincere. I haven’t had the surgery, so I don’t know what the actual result would be, but just from what the doctor said, I think his skills are good.
