I had heard that the director was unfriendly, so I went worried, but the consultation was actually better than I expected. I think those stories came from the fact that the director is firm and decisive. Other hospitals said eye correction was essential, but here they said it was optional and told me to decide for myself based on the cost, and they clearly told me what my eyes needed. They spoke so firmly and confidently that I felt reassured. By comparison, the consultation managers were too busy, so although they were polite, they did not seem sincere. I have not had the surgery, so I do not know what it is actually like, but based on what the director said, I think the skill is good.
