Before<before>After Alar reduction one-month review
I already had a broad, bulbous nose, and since I'm planning to have nose surgery later... I wanted my nose to look a bit smaller quickly as a temporary measure.
The director said that if they reduced it as much as I wanted, it could interfere with the nose surgery I’ll have later, so they would reduce it as much as possible within a safe range.
Looking from the front, honestly, I can’t really tell that it got dramatically smaller, but my nostrils got a lot smaller. My nostrils were originally on the large side, and my alar muscles(?) were also fairly developed, so they flared a lot, but since my nostrils got smaller and the range that they widen has decreased a lot, that stress is gone.
The effect isn’t dramatic, but satisfaction-wise, it’s the best thing I’ve had done recently ...
