10 years ago, I only had my hump removed, but one side of my nasal bridge was very slightly sunken, so I had revision surgery with silicone + donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage. But only the bridge of my nose turned red, so I’ve had just the silicone removed The nasal tip done with septal extension is also too hard, and because my nasal bridge has become so low, I’m honestly under so much stress. I’m going around for revision consultations, and for the nasal bridge I’m thinking of either donated dermis or diced autologous costal cartilage, and for the nasal tip I’m considering changing it to a columellar strut
