I had nostril reduction surgery at Seoul Queen Plastic Surgery in 2020. Um... first of all, I do have a bit of scarring. But it doesn't really bother me, and I liked that it was a simple procedure.
The director recommended reducing it by about 3 mm, but I asked for 2 mm, and right up until anesthesia I kept shouting, "Please make it look natural" lolololol.
It was such a big complex for me that I'm okay with it... um, but the original balance was definitely disrupted. It feels like I may have lost some of my charm, and since the nostril shape isn't a smooth heart shape, it does look a bit artificial.
If you think the shape of the nostrils is important, it might be better to just raise the nose bridge instead.
