4 years ago I had my first nose surgery with silicone in the bridge and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage in the tip, but the silicone started from between the eyebrows, and the tip was so soft it could turn into a pig nose, so it drooped quickly and made my nose look extremely long overall. After 1 year, the silicone had protruded out to the side of the bridge. The inner corner of one eye from the canthoplasty developed a nail-like scar, and I am really curious how something like that happens...
