Honestly, at this point the swelling isn't going down dramatically like it did at first, and since I see my face every day, I can only tell how puffy my face is in the morning. I'm not really sure whether the residual swelling is going down. But when I compare it with the photos I took for records, my facial lines do feel more refined than back then, so I guess it is going down subtly haha People who haven't seen me in a while say it looks like I lost weight and ask if something good happened lately, saying my face looks brighter and I look younger and younger. When I told them I had surgery, everyone was surprised and said it looks really natural, asked where I had it done, and even said my image became more elegant. As I get older, I don't know why hearing that I look elegant makes me feel so much better than hearing that I'm pretty haha
My sensation has all returned, but sometimes when I move my mouth widely, I feel a slight tightness under my chin. It will all loosen up with time, right? Still, now I can eat everything, even hard foods, so I live forgetting that I had surgery haha When I saw posts or comments from people saying they live forgetting they had surgery, I wondered if that could really happen, but after having surgery and time passing, I relate. Since there are no restrictions on opening my mouth or eating hard foods, it's really become so, so much more comfortable now, so I think my satisfaction is even greater.
My facial lines are becoming more and more natural, and it feels like they suit my facial features better! Facial contouring was great too, but I think under-eye fat repositioning was a brilliant move. I really think this is the real deal as an anti-aging surgery!! I've been overdoing it a bit lately, so I'm tired and my dark circles have appeared, but even with dark circles, I definitely look less tired than before surgery. It makes me think, what would I have done if I hadn't had it!
Honestly, it was a major surgery, but looking back now, I feel like I was able to have it done very safely thanks to meeting both directors well. I still have no sagging at all, so I'm truly satisfied!!
