It's been over 10 months since surgery, and I have no discomfort at all, so now it truly feels like my face is complete. Because even when I rub my face on the mat during Pilates or clench my teeth while weight training, I can do everything without being careful at all. When I run, I used to feel vibration in my face, but now there's none of that. That means the swelling is all gone too.. I think my individual constitution, where I swelled up a lot until exactly 2-3 weeks and then steadily went down, also played a role. But I did put in a lot of effort at home... I eat well without avoiding hard foods. If anything, I eat it when I can because there's never enough food, lol. As I said before, the cheek sagging I worried about most is still firm, maybe because the dissection was minimal. Still, since the skin was incised once, it can't be exactly the same as the beginning, but I'm also managing it as much as possible so it doesn't sag. (I do all the devices and packs at home haha) I saw a review where the nasolabial folds deepened and a boundary formed on the cheek area, and it scared me, so I'm managing it even more diligently. Since I went through such a difficult and demanding surgery, of course external satisfaction should be the biggest thing, but what I'm most satisfied with after surgery is that my impression became much softer -> Before, because of my cheekbones, I looked strong, and I even heard a few times that I had a horse-like face, but now people say I look like I should be flying planes lol; my job is absolutely not that,, anyway, surgical satisfaction is 9999999%. Since nothing in the world is perfect, I'll hold back 1% for now.
