It has been 2 months since I had three facial contouring procedures, facial liposuction, and forehead fat grafting with Director Kwon Jae-hyun at Soda Plastic Surgery on January 28!!!
Since I was young, my face shape looked masculine, so I had been thinking about facial contouring surgery since childhood. After becoming an adult, I was finally going to get the facial contouring surgery I had been waiting for, so I spent the whole week gathering information from cafes, reviews, and so on. When I saw photo reviews and had the consultation, they felt the most professional, so I chose Soda Plastic Surgery! (During the consultation, they explained in great detail how the surgery would be performed, and they accurately pointed out the areas that were my complexes, so I trusted them even more.) The most important thing: the recovery process after surgery!! Day of surgery - As soon as I woke up from anesthesia, I started feeling pain. My face felt very heavy and weighed down.. More than my face, my throat hurt so much It was hard even to drink water, but the person taking care of me changed my IV all through the early morning and was so kind that it was bearable. Maybe because it was the day of surgery, I was not very swollen.
Day 3 after surgery - The swelling was unbelievably severe, and my face was so swollen it felt like I could roll around on it. The pain had really gotten much better, but the swelling made it so hard I was very worried because I was so swollen, but after looking at reviews, everyone seemed the same as me, so I felt relieved.. haha!! For food, I drank things like steamed egg or protein shakes. My mouth would not open much.. porridge was still hard.
Week 1 after surgery - A lot of the major swelling suddenly went down!! By week 1, the throat pain and facial pain had really gotten much better!! Since it was week 1, I went to have the stitches removed, and removing them did not hurt much! From week 1, the clinic provided aftercare, so I received swelling laser treatment and skin care. From week 1, I ate porridge as much as I wanted!! Definitely from week 1, I became able to live more comfortably, take walks, and so on.
Week 3 after surgery - From week 3, I wore makeup, worked part-time, ate everything I wanted (I avoided hard or tough foods), and my mouth opened much more (about two fingers), so I even cut up chicken and ate it. It seems like all the really major swelling is gone, and there is still a lot of minor swelling, but once the major swelling went down, I changed from looking like Loopy to someone who had wisdom teeth removed haha. I could really do all daily activities, and once the major swelling went down, I could see that the contours of my face had become more feminine, so I was so happy. I also really liked that my forehead had become rounded!!
Month 2 after surgery - Until the one-month mark, anyone could tell my face was swollen, but right after one month passed, the swelling started going down really quickly. The difference in swelling between week 1 and month 1 is huge, and the difference between month 1 and month 2 is also huge!! At 2 months, the swelling is now at the point where people around me who knew my original face say I have become so pretty. I have a jawline now, a lot of the BioBond under my chin has gone away, and to someone who does not know me, I just look like someone with a bit of cheek fat? (candy swelling) These days, I hear a lot from people around me that I have become prettier, so I am very happy. The forehead fat has all taken, so it feels very naturally filled in, and I am so satisfied. Because of the swelling, I could not really tell about the chin liposuction before, but at 2 months, I can really see that my double chin is gone, so I am so, so, so satisfied!! For food, I eat everything now, even candy and beef jerky. My mouth opens enough to eat a hamburger too!! From 2 months onward, it is truly happiness itself.
