Review of fixing liposuction side effects with fat grafting

After<before-and-after comparison>Before BeforeNo... I had notifications off so I didn’t know, but it seems more people than I expected have experienced similar side effects, so I’m posting a brief review

1. Side effects: buttock collapse due to excessive liposuction on the back of the thighs, square-shaped buttocks because the saddlebag area wasn’t suctioned properly, and as the buttocks gradually sagged, from the side the pants rolled inward in a shape like the number 3

2. Consultation: The director personally took photos and palpated the area while diagnosing whether liposuction had been insufficient in that area or what the issue was. While showing me photos, he explained very realistically how much could be improved with surgery (it was so realistic that he said I might even need a second or third procedure, so I got nervous). After that, I consulted with the manager about the price and so on. Among people having surgery here, besides hip correction, many also had a hip-up procedure where fat was removed from the waist love handles and injected into the upper buttocks, but I think that cost about hip reconstruction surgery + 4 million won. They didn’t push it. I made the final payment with 3 aftercare sessions + an engraftment-boosting injection service (I think it was PRP or something)

3. Immediately after surgery: There was no swelling at all, and they said they extracted 800 cc of pure fat from the buttocks only (apparently that’s a lot from one area). Since they were doing it anyway, they also removed the remaining fat from my thighs. Unlike my first surgery, a lot of fluid came out, and they said you don’t wear a compression garment for fat grafting, so I didn’t. The foreign-body sensation when sitting was extremely severe.

4. Until one month after surgery: They told me that for good engraftment, I should eat well with a diet focused on fat and protein, so I stopped diet pills and ate three meals a day. I kept feeling the foreign-body sensation, and when sitting on my buttocks, I could feel the fat in the grafted area being pressed. The foreign-body sensation completely disappeared around 6 weeks, and at that time there was no volume loss at all in the grafted area. It was just the same as right after surgery. It could be that I’m a case with good engraftment, or because of the injection, or because of the diet, so for everyone here getting fat grafting, I recommend doing all three so the large amount of money you spent doesn’t go to waste after just a short while...

5. Two months after surgery: After the final aftercare, the director seems to personally take after photos, compare before and after, assess progress, and so on (this was my first time experiencing this, so I was really shocked, in a good way...). In the end, my surgery went well, so he said I don’t need a second round and just told me to live without going over 50 kg haha

6. Satisfaction: I spent quite a lot of money, but the result is so good that I’m happy. The 3-shaped buttocks completely improved, the buttock volume itself also decreased, and even when I wear leggings, it doesn’t show at all~~~ It’s just a normal butt now. I do think my scars are on the darker side, but honestly I don’t care... haha This much is acceptable
