My epicanthal folds were really severe and I hated that the inner corners were rounded, so I got medial epicanthoplasty, but should I get reconstruction or not.. The distance between my eyes also became too close, and my impression looks harsh.. I do like that my eyes got bigger, but is it normally shaped like a hook like this?? I really don’t like the hooked shape. Why is there scar tissue at the inner corners of my eyes? And I also had lateral lower canthoplasty done together, so if I widen the outer lower corners more, maybe the inner corners might look less close together, so I’m wondering whether to get revision surgery or not
