I got my stitches removed yesterday, and they said the swelling would go down more easily now, but by mid-April, I need the noticeable swelling to be gone.. I’ve been drinking pumpkin juice, but it doesn’t really seem to be doing much. I’m curious how everyone manages swelling. Please tell me some ways to reduce it quickly
