Nose condition before surgery - 14 years ago, I had surgery with septal cartilage + 3 mm silicone. Right after the splint was removed, the shape was pretty, but it was too small and the nasal tip was not lifted as much as I wanted, so I felt uneasy. I could feel my skin pressing on the columellar support, so I sometimes had pain, and whenever I smiled, it felt like the nasal tip was dropping. From 2 months onward, the nasal tip gradually started to drop - 2 years ago, at a dermatology clinic I went to for a lifting procedure, they recommended nose filler, and I impulsively got filler that day. HA filler on the nasal bridge, Ellanse on the nasal tip/columella. Thinking about it now, I really regret it. The nasal tip I wanted did not come out at all, and only the volume increased, like clay had been stuck on
I remembered that recovery from rhinoplasty was difficult, so I had not planned to get revision surgery, but early this year I suddenly felt determined to finally get over this complex. After doing online research through several cafes and apps, I had consultations at about ten places, and there was a hospital that felt like, "this is the one," so it has now been one month since I had surgery.
Surgery I had this time - Dissolved the filler with hyaluronidase one week before - Scraped out the remaining filler during surgery (according to the doctor, so much had been pushed in that it was clumped together like a rice cake..) - Released the skin tissue that had clumped because of the filler - Removed the silicone and replaced it with postauricular fascia (there was no inflammation problem with the silicone, but since the filler could not be completely removed, we decided to operate only with autologous tissue) - Nasal tip with ear cartilage - Nasolabial angle correction
