Review of bulbous nose surgery without an implant

I did have some nasal bridge, but my nostrils and overall nose size were large, so I had surgeryyy. But putting an implant in my nose felt like too much, and since I already had some bridge, I just used septal cartilage to raise only the nasal tip, and had osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, and nostril reduction. But my satisfaction level isn’t that huge I even had nostril reduction twice, but because once you cut it you can’t undo it, I only did tiny bits at a time, so it definitely feels more refined, but my satisfaction level isn’t that huge. But with noses, one wrong move can make it look pinched, so I’m just thinking that being a little disappointed is the best outcome
