Before-before-after-after-after I also had a small, low bulbous nose, and from just browsing around a lot here and there, what I felt was there are really many people who want to improve a bulbous nose, but just as much, there are many comments saying that improving a bulbous nose is difficult. So I worried a lot, and while researching hospitals online and in person, I think I looked really carefully. First, I wanted a place with good bulbous nose reviews, where the director had handled many bulbous noses, and since it was my first surgery, I didn’t want to use costal cartilage while also keeping the shape from being excessive. I found a place that met these criteria and had surgery right away. Now that I’m one month post-op, both the before-and-after difference and the after photos look slim and came out appropriately well. Considering the swelling and thinking it will get even slimmer, I’m really satisfied. I’ll have to keep watching it steadily from now on too, but I’m leaving a review because I’m satisfied up to the one-month mark now.
For the nasal bridge, I used silicone, and for the nasal tip, septal cartilage and ear cartilage!
