Before before before after after after after after Revision rhinoplasty review
I had rhinoplasty 4 years ago, but my nasal tip drooped and, from the side, my nose looked so round... so I was really stressed every time I saw it I mainly looked into single-doctor clinics, and I was impressed by how calmly and confidently Dr. Choi Tae-jun consulted with me. The consultants were also kind, so I decided on that clinic!
I really never wanted to have another revision after this, so I definitely wanted to use autologous costal cartilage. The doctor also said autologous costal cartilage would be good, so I decided on autologous costal cartilage. My nose was originally low and small, so I was not greedy about height; I wanted a sharp, defined side profile!
Day of surgery - I closed and opened my eyes and the surgery was over. The area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested hurt so much that I think I walked like a robot... My nose did not hurt at all!
Day 3 - I had the packing removed, the autologous costal cartilage dressing changed, a swelling injection, and swelling laser treatment. Maybe because the nurse cleaned my nose so thoroughly, it opened up right away lol I slept so well for the first time in 4 days
Day 7 - I had the splint removed, the external stitches removed, and swelling laser treatment. I did not swell much and had no bruising at all, seriously. I do think it is because the doctor did the surgery well.
It is now almost 4 weeks since surgery, and the rounded nasal tip has improved well I am so satisfied because it now suits my face well haha I plan to take lots of side-profile photos~~ Thank you, doctor!!
