There was no request for a surgery review, but I’m writing this for community points. I’m happy with the surgical result, and there are no side effects, so I’m grateful to the director. However, no matter how well the surgery is done, I think it’s good to know before doing it that a facelift is not the final boss of plastic surgery or magic that solves every facial problem the way ordinary people might think. Especially no matter how well the surgery is done, sagging of the anterior cheek caused by cheekbone surgery (bulging above the nasolabial fold and Indian lines) still seems impossible to resolve with a lift. Of course it improves slightly, but the effect of a lift should probably be viewed mainly for the lower face.
