Before and after follow-up
Everyone, it’s been a while. I’m the person who wrote the post above. I came back to this community after a long time and saw that there were a lot of comments. I know that frustrating and anxious feeling when you leave a comment because you want information but don’t get a reply for a long time.. I’m sorry my replies were late. Also, a lot of people commented asking about how I’ve been recently, so I’ll write a review while I’m at it.
I might not be able to come back again for a while, so I’ll say the clinic name. The clinic where I had my revision surgery was Bondi Plastic Surgery in Gangnam. The surgery was cheekbone surgery and 45-degree cheekbone shaving.
It’s a one-doctor clinic, you can watch the full CCTV footage without an additional fee, and for anesthesia you can choose general anesthesia or sedation. I had it done under sedation. There are a lot of posts and YouTube videos saying, “Does it make sense to do facial contouring surgery under sedation?” But since mine was revision surgery, I obviously didn’t choose sedation lightly, right? I found that Bondi had not had even a single sedation-anesthesia accident. No matter how much I searched, there wasn’t a single one. If anything, there seemed to be more cases at other clinics where people had surgery under general anesthesia and died? Well, there are probably various reasons for that~ Anyway, if you’re scared, you can choose between general anesthesia and sedation, so I think you can go with general anesthesia.
Right now, I don’t have any issues at all like sagging, asymmetry, cheekbone noises, nonunion, difficulty opening my mouth, or swelling, so there isn’t really much to say. The surgery just went really well, and please don’t become a test subject like I did just because the price is cheap. Pay the proper price and get the surgery done. If you don’t have enough money, save up and do it properly at a proper place. Don’t end up wasting money and time on revision surgery like I did.
