I had full mandibular contouring with long-curve reduction from the square jaw through the whole side jaw, plus chin tip reduction and separate cortical osteotomy. The pre-op photo is seriously just an unedited basic camera photo with no exaggeration... I was really severe, right. I was a case considering double-jaw surgery (I love you, Yuno... sob) It may look a bit more dramatic because of the photo angles, but I took them as similarly as possible, so look. For someone like me who was born with large bones, facial contouring surgery is worth it
