Before/after I had arm 360 liposuction, underarm liposuction, and back bulge liposuction with Director Jung Sungwoo at V.L Avenue.
Before surgery, I had a blood test, InBody test, and ultrasound examination, then had a consultation. My blood test levels came out low, so after taking iron supplements for a week, I had the surgery without any issues. On the day of surgery, aside from discomfort from the compression garment rubbing against my underarms, I didn't really have much pain. They told me to stretch often, so I started stretching right from the day after surgery. At first it felt really tight, but the more I stretched, the better I could move, so even on day two I had no problem raising my arms or washing my hair. I also went back to work on day three. I couldn't wear the compression garment while working, so I wore it only when sleeping, for about 8 hours. I bruise pretty badly, but except for the purple bruises, after about a week almost all the bruising had faded. From day 3~4, because of the fibrotic adhesion, the skin feels numb and firm. I was told to massage it gently and that it would go away with time, so I'm waiting. The swelling was worst right after surgery, and after that it gradually started going down! When I wear the compression garment, it still goes back and forth between swelling and going down. The photos are from before surgery and the day after surgery.
