I searched in that order. As someone from the provinces who couldn’t go around for in-person consultations, I did online research for over 5 months. I canceled the place where I had put down a consultation deposit, and the place I decided to go up to for consultation right away was here. (I want to write my consultation list, but it might become a negative post(?) so I’ll refrain)

My stats are 164 cm and 66 kg (even this is after losing almost 20 kg) and my upper arm circumference was about 33 cm. Now, at 2 weeks, it’s 28 cm.

To write a pain review, on the day itself, I went alone without a guardian, taking an early-morning train from the provinces, got IV fluids roughly, ran because I was late for the subway On the way back, I even drove the car myself and did everything. After that I took care of the kids too (Huuuuuh~~~~~~~~~??????????) I had the surgery secretly from my family, so if I get caught I’m dead ☠️ The catch is that I still haven’t been caught If I get caught, I can’t do anything anymore... It re~~~ally hurt, and honestly it still hurts now
The real pain starts from days 2-3. People say it’s uncomfortable in daily life, and that’s the fact. Discomfort + pain like my skin is being sliced with a knife whenever anything brushes against it + swelling + can’t sleep on my side But I clenched my teeth and endured it many times (I gave birth to two kids, so well..) If you don’t keep stretching, the hardened lumps get stiff and pull the skin, so from day 3 I deliberately raised my arms to tie my hair (it hurt so much I screamed). Even when my dad or mom just lightly tapped my arm, I went “aagh” and endured it, and even when my husband hugged me, I ended up clenching my teeth. When both kids used my arms as pillows from both sides, it felt like my flesh was tearing, so I jumped up.
Seriously, please be careful with surgery, research a lot before going. Sudden wrap-up, bye:)
