Only the left nostril wing (arrow) has something bulging out that I can feel, and the nostril wing border line is not visible. The right side’s border line is clearly visible and looks fine. Could it be swelling in the left nostril wing? Scar tissue? Cartilage?
2. As the swelling goes down, the left nostril wing (alar/nostril base) is protruding, so the mountain-like nose shape is asymmetrical. Because the left side is like that, the nostrils are also asymmetrical.
I used donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage + septal cartilage~
What could the protruding part near the nostril wing that I can feel be? Will it even go away?
