Right now I have cartilage show-through and a step-off has formed, so the silicone is visible too. Everyone says it’s because I used ear cartilage for the nasal tip and it got absorbed, but even with autologous costal cartilage, if the skin is thin, can cartilage show-through happen..? It’s my first time with autologous costal cartilage
