Before Before Before After After After It has now been about 4 months since I had my nose done, and it feels like most of the big and small swelling is gone now. Originally, my nasal bridge was on the low side, and I had a bit of an upturned-nose look, so I got rhinoplasty. Looking at the after photos, that feeling seems to have really completely disappeared, and especially, it seems to have been shaped just right without looking excessive. Silicone was used for the nasal bridge, and septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage were used for the nasal tip. There may be some things people worry about when using costal cartilage, but it is maintaining well without any of those issues. It is definitely true that doing the nose gives the overall impression more dimension, and it really brings out a certain kind of atmosphere, I guess... If you are concerned about your nose, I personally want to recommend it.
