After after after before before It's been 3 months since my rhinoplasty, and my surgery goals were improving my hump nose and lifting the nasal tip Ever since I became interested in noses, when I looked at people around me or people passing by, their nasal tips didn't extend straight out like the photo I'd marked, but drooped slightly, so I thought that if I lifted the nasal tip, it would naturally become a straight-to-semi-curved line, and it actually did. I think it turned out well with exactly the naturally glamorous feel I wanted The hump nose really improved, and if the nasal tip is lifted too much, it can look too flashy or obvious that you had surgery, but I really love that mine was lifted just the right amount!!!! I had no intention of raising my nasal bridge, so I'm also happy that I did implant-free rhinoplasty
